The CRF also provides a table summarizing the types of methods and emission factors used by the Party (see above Table Summary 3-Summary Report For Methods And Emission Factors Used).

Level 3: Summary

The third level of the CRF includes a wide diversity of summary and cross-cutting information. There are summary tables providing total emissions for the Party on both a molecular mass and GWP-weighted basis. There is also a summary table that provides a quick reference for the types of methods and emission factors the Party used for their estimates (e.g., Tier 1 or Tier 2 method). The cross-cutting tables include information on which categories or sub-categories were not estimated (i.e., completeness), which recalculations the Party performed on their inventory relative to their previous submission, and a summary of emission trends over the entire time series (e.g., 1990 to 2006). A table on Key Categories is also included. The figure above contains an example of a Level 3 summary table.
