Throughout the review process, you are asked to assess the quality of each Party’s inventory submission, with quality being determined by the TACCC criteria:

• Transparency
• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Consistency
• Comparability

These criteria remain relevant as you examine a Party’s CRF tables.

As stated earlier, the primary function of the CRF is to facilitate comparability between Parties by providing a standardized format for submitting inventory data.
