In this table, Parties are required to explain the use of the notation keys NE (Not Estimated) and IE (Included Elsewhere) in the other tables of the CRF. You should pay particular attention to the portion of Table 9(a) addressing IE notations if you are an Energy or Industrial Processes sector expert. The majority of notation keys are used in these sectors due to overlap in the energy and chemical industries.
