TACCC

As a reviewer, it is your job to assess the quality of the Party’s submission in terms of its transparency, accuracy, consistency, comparability, and completeness (TACCC).

These are important concepts, as they will guide the findings of your review. You should be familiar with the exact definition of each of these terms in the context of the UNFCCC.

The IPCC Good Practice Guidance was designed to assist Parties in improving the TACCC of their inventories, in part through the application of cross-cutting elements (e.g., Key Category identification, QA/QC, Uncertainty analysis).
