The UNFCCC Secretariat has prepared a "Handbook for Review of National GHG Inventories" for inventory review expert teams.

This handbook provides background on the UNFCCC Review Guidelines, suggested checks on cross-cutting elements of national inventories, and detailed checks on a category by category basis. The Handbook consists of six volumes and is provided to you at the beginning of an actual review process.
