Time series consistency:

• Has the Party changed one of its methodologies (e.g., due to the application of the IPCC Good Practice Guidance)? Has this change been reflected across the entire time series?
• Has the Party changed how it collects data (e.g., a change in how fuel consumption is allocated between international and domestic uses)? Has this change been reflected across the entire time series?
• Are changes in the quantity, types, and combustion conditions of the fuel consumed by a Party reflected across the time-series?
• Has the Party acknowledged actual or potential inconsistencies in its time series data and explained the causes of these inconsistencies in its NIR?
• Does the Party’s emissions time series properly reflect expected trends due to the mitigation actions, emission control policies, economic trends, and other influences (e.g., the implementation of NO_x regulations that may result in an increase in N₂O emissions from road vehicles)?
• Has the Party adequately completed Tables 8(a) and 8(b) of the CRF?
