The most intensive approach to an inventory review is the in-country review, as you will be focused entirely on only one Party’s inventory submission for one week. You will have the benefit of being able to interact with the Party’s own inventory experts by conducting the review within their country. However, the number of experts assigned to each Sector is only one.

Therefore, as an expert, you will be required to cover your Sector without the benefit of a partner.  But you will benefit from having access to archived and background documentation, a better understanding of the Party’s national circumstances, and feedback from the Party from your presentation of preliminary findings.
