A Party’s submission should include CRF tables for the entire time series (i.e., base year to two years prior to submission year). It is also important to identify if all CRF tables were submitted with data in all cells. In addition, a summary of completeness should address coverage of source and sink categories and inclusion of all components of the NIR (e.g., Key Category analysis).
