The Party should submit CRF tables for the entire time series, beginning in 1990 (or other agreed base year) and ending in 2002, in this case. In addition, you should assess whether the Party provided thorough information in its CRF tables, including recalculations, information in documentation boxes, and explanations of notation keys (e.g., IE and NE) used in specific table cells. Without a complete set of CRF tables, you must conclude that the inventory submission is incomplete.
