| A well-documented and complete NIR is essential to the review process. However, the overall findings [what should a review report look like section] on a Party’s submission should still specifically identify the most serious inadequacies and suggest some corrective actions. Broad and vague statements such as “did not meet all the standards” should be qualified or replaced with more specific summary points. In addition, an effort should be made to recognize any points of excellence on the part of the Party’s submission (i.e., compliments). |
