While reviewing the Energy Sector - Fuel combustion part of
a Party’s inventory submission, you should address any
confidentiality issues with the Party’s data.
In particular, confidentiality issues are frequently
raised for multilateral/military operations. Emissions
from multilateral operations should be reported under
the memo item section of the summary tables and in the
sectoral report table for the Energy Sector.
Confidentiality can also be raised for categories that are unique in the country or for non-energy
fuel uses.
