While reviewing the Energy Sector - Fuel combustion part of
a Party’s inventory submission, you should consider the
following quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
issues:
- Is a formal QA/QC process/plan in place for the Energy
Sector?
- Does this process involve Energy Sector specialists and
energy data suppliers in the country?
- What specific QC checks has the Party implemented and documented?
- What corrective actions were taken based on results of QC checks?
- What internal or peer reviews were conducted on the Energy Sector?
- Did the Party receive comments from reviewers and how were comments acted upon?
