5.2 Completeness

Summarize any comments or information Ukraine has made regarding the completeness of its reported combustion emissions from fuel use and comment on its use of notation keys in its CRF and the level of agreement between its reference and sectoral approaches.

Also, check to see that Ukraine has disaggregated all of its emission estimates into the major categories in the CRF tables (see Table 10 – Sheets 2 and 3).
Highlight any significant reporting gaps in Ukraine’s CRF tables, NIR, or time series.

Write four brief paragraphs for your review report addressing these issues.
