5.2.1 Transparency

Did Ukraine provide transparent documentation in its submission for combustion emissions from fuel use that addresses the following issues:

• Its methodology for estimating emissions
• Time series consistency
• Justifications for assumptions or approximations used
• QA/QC procedures

Additionally, did Ukraine provide sufficient background information on its fuel use activities for you to be able to evaluate the reasonableness of their approach and the completeness of its estimated combustion emissions from fuel use?

Are there any confidentiality issues raised by the Party?
