Table 1 of the SEF covers the Kyoto Protocol units held in the Party’s national registry at the beginning of the previous calendar year. These holdings are aggregated by unit type, and by type of account. The account types match those required by the data exchange standards for national registries. Note that Parties are not required to report holdings for individual entities; they are only required to report combined holdings of all entity accounts.
