Table 2(b) provides information on external transactions - those involving other registries. Transactions are reported by registry, and by unit type.  Acquisitions from other registries are reported under “Additions”; transfers to other registries are reported under “Subtractions.”

A separate box is provided for the Party to report the first transfer, to other registries, of ERUs that it has issued on the basis of JI projects it is hosting which are being verified under the procedures set down by the Article 6 Supervisory Committee (“track 2” JI projects).  These are reported separately, because these transfers are not subject to the Party’s commitment period reserve.

Table 2(c) provides the total transactions (both internal and external) for the year.
