One of the first steps of the review is to examine a Party’s Agriculture Sector key categories, as identified by the UNFCCC Secretariat and the Party itself.

You should also check whether the Party has considered the qualitative, as well as quantitative, criteria in their analysis.

If there are differences between the Secretariat’s and the Party’s list of key categories, you should determine whether these differences are reasonable (e.g., due to a different level of disaggregation of source categories).
