Civil Aviation (1.A.3.a)

• How has fuel consumption activity data been collected?
• How has the Party separated fuel consumption for international flights from domestic flights? (see Table 2.9 Distinction between domestic and international flights)
• Has the Party excluded fuel consumption at airports for ground transport? (Emissions should be reported under 1.A.3.e Other Transportation.)
• Has the Party excluded fuel consumption from stationary sources at airports? (Emissions should be reported under 1.A.4.a Commercial/Institutional.)
• How has the Party reported emissions from military aviation activities (i.e., under 1.A.5 Other)? (Remember that international bunkers and multilateral operations should be reported as memo items.)
