Below is p. 5 of a sample review report. Click on the highlighted text to read comments about it.

  5.2 Common Reporting Format (CRF)

  10. The FRC submitted inventory data using the CRF for the years 1994 to 1998.

11. The CRF includes summary and sectoral background data tables; notation keys were used appropriately.

12. Many categories have been reported as NE and others as IE. Recalculations were not reported.

5.3 Synthesis and Assessment (S&A)

13. The main concern raised in the S&A report was related to the fact that no key categories had been identified in the Energy sector. Also the CO2 implied emission factors for fuel combustion for all categories were roughly 70% below the IPCC default values.

14. The Government of the FRC provided comments in response to the previous review stages stating that it has coal mines with unique geological properties.

15. The expert review team found that the activity data collected covered up to 80 percent of the total imports of HFCs and PFCs. These activity data were collected through surveys conducted on behalf of the Environment Ministry by the National Data Collection Service. These surveys were performed in 1995, 1996, and 1998.
